Rugs
The meaning of the rugs in our life is hard to overestimate. The rug is a just that thing that may fuse all the details of the interior into one ensemble or, the other way round, bring discord into it. Rugs should be chosen in strict accordance to drapery, blinds, pictures and overall stile of the furniture.
That`s why the rugs going well together with the rest of the interior is a sign of a good taste.
The art of weaving rugs appeared more than 2000 years ago among nomads. Under conditions of nomadic life rugs were just indispensable: they were the defence from winds and sands, provided accommodation and were also used just for decoration.
The rugs are differentiated according to the technic of weaving, the coloring used and also according to the existance of pile and its length.
Apart from this (the most wide spread way of classifying rugs) they are called after the name of the place where they were produced.
